ONE lucky runner has the chance to WIN either a Solo race place for yourself or bring with you a lucky partner to run as a Pair. It’s then up to you to choose how long you want to run for! Compete in one of Hope’s fantastic trail races over 12, 24 or 36 hours!

Taking place in the grounds of Newnham Park in Plymouth starting on Friday 7th to Sunday 9th July 2023, Hope Trail festival is a fantastic community race event you’ll never forget! Enter the 24 or 36 hour races* and you’ll be running alongside other participants during the night – a real test of your mettle.

All runners (and your supporters who can also come with you to the Festival) are in for a treat… Hope Trail Festival has a 5 mile well-marked course where all of the trail races take place, next to a fantastic array of running suppliers, masseurs and food & drink caterers at the Hope Race Village. So before and after your race has completed relax in the grounds and enjoy all that the Festival has to offer!

UltraRunner Magazine is a Festival sponsor so we can promise you’ll have the most amazing time over the weekend. And it’s completely up to you (or you and your Pairs partner) if you want to soak up the atmosphere and have fun running on the beautiful trails or whether you’re up for smashing the race records!

So, to summarise ONE LUCKY WINNER will receive:

– A choice of Solo race entry or ‘Pairs’ race entry into any of the 12, 24 or 36 hour trail races*
– Race finisher medal (Plus a trophy if you come first!)
– Weekend camping for you and your family (up to 2 tents in total)
– Free car parking
– Complimentary access to the Hope Festival Village
– Make friends with lots of other like-minded, friendly trail runners!

Terms & Conditions:

Entries close on Tuesday 6th June 2023.

The competition prize includes a solo race entry (one person) or pairs race entry (for two runners) in either the 12, 24 or 36 hour races at Hope Trail Festival on 7-9th July 2023. *There are cut-off times for each race. The winner will also receive free camping and parking subject to the terms and conditions on the GB Ultras website (website link above). No deferment is available. Tickets are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or sold onto another person or third party. This will invalidate the race entry tickets and camping package. An email will be sent to the winner by GB Ultras, organisers of the Hope Trail Festival shortly after the competition has ended in June.

Please take note of the race start times:

– HOPE 36 Hour starts at 9pm on Friday 7th July 2023

– HOPE 24 Hour starts at 12pm on Saturday 8th July 2023

– HOPE 12 Hour starts at 9am on Saturday 8th July 2023

Your entrant details will be automatically added to the Ultrarunner Magazine email list and you are able to unsubscribe from this list at anytime.

No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize. Our decisions are final. We reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, or due to computer error.
