Ultrarunner and performance nutritionist Paul Booth holds two master’s degrees in the subject. As well as 85 ultras to his name, he has done over 200 fell races and numerous marathons.

Paul Booth nutrition expertBooth has also lectured at Universities about nutrition in the sporting world and is now a coach. One of his degrees focused on the food side of nutrition, whilst his second one looked at the metabolism and biochemistry of the human body.

He works with athletes in the United Kingdom and abroad in countries such as France, Hong Kong and Australia.
